Chalet '228 - Village Nordique' with Mountain View, Shared Pool and Private Terrace

This chalet is part of a complex of 61 homes called "Village Nordique". It's about 500 m south of the center of La Féclaz resort, and 300 m from the first downhill and cross-country ski slopes.

This detached chalet is set in a quiet area of 500 m2, with a terrace and south-facing windows. With 55 m2 of living space on 2 levels, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

The chalet is composed as follows:

Ground floor:

- an entrance hatch for storing equipment (skis, snowshoes, boots, etc.) ;

- living room with TV and sofa bed.

- a kitchenette equipped with fridge, hob, oven and electric coffee-maker.

- bathroom and WC.

First floor:

- bedroom with two single beds.

- bedroom with double bed.

Each room is equipped with an electric radiator.



Linen is not provided.



The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows for 4 people.

Access by car to the chalet is authorized only for loading and unloading.

Prolonged parking must otherwise take place in the adjacent parking lot.

During the summer season, guests have access to the Nordic Village's private swimming pool.

This open-air facility, with treated, heated water, is fenced off and closed outside opening hours, preventing access by young children, as required by current regulations for this type of facility.

The pool, which varies in depth from 1 to 2.5 meters, is unsupervised, so children can swim under their parents' sole responsibility.
