'I found the staff very helpful, especially the young man who worked over night. We experienced a slight problem, and he could not have been nicer. He represented the hotel extremely well. 'Be careful - this property charges your credit card for the stay when you check in online, after you’ve already paid Expedia. It is very difficult to reach a responsible individual/manager to resolve the billing dispute, and they haven’t been responsive to Expedia either.'
