'The apartment offers excellent value for the price you pay.'

'It was really worse I made an reservation for a 2 bedroom family room and also did the payment When I arrived at the apartment, the room was not available and they promised me every day that tomorrow i will have my room untill check out ai never got the room I reserved and payed for'

'The stay was good. It could have had more staffing to improve communication and organization.'

'The hotel told me they could not honor the payment I made through hotels.com and they asked me to pay them directly. In the end I was double billed for the same stay. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you go to Addis Ababa. I am a platinum member and long time customer of hotels.com but I am no longer going to use them after this trip. They should not be advertising such shady hotels on their site. '

'Prima plek in Addis'

'Hotel staff are very friendly, always ready to render assistance'

'it's a good place to stay overall, had some issue with the staff, but the manger is super proactive and he will make your stay very comfortable.'

The room and beds are very comfortable and the cleaning staff is courteous and does a great job. The ventilation is not good and the hallways and rooms often smell like food (fried onions!) - suggest improving that if possible as it is quite disagreeable. Also suggest mesh covers on drains in shower and sink - as the occasional...
