DOMESTIC EQUIPMENTS
Comfortable box spring double bed (180x200) including high quality linen. The beds are already made upon arrival. The custom-made wardrobe offers a lot of space to store all your things. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob (Caution: no oven!), Dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, kettle, toaster and modern coffee machine (with basic equipment fresh coffee beans). The modern shower room has fluffy towels and a hairdryer. W-LAN can (within the legal regulations) be used free of charge. Ample parking in the residential streets around the park.

NEIGHBORHOOD / LOCATION
The apartment is located in an area that leaves nothing to be desired: quiet, green and yet central. Just around the corner the oldest cinema in the city. All shops for daily needs, doctors, shopping (Späti, bakers, Kaufland, Penny and Reudnitz arcades), nice bars and restaurants (4Rooms, Chateau 9, guild cellar, Aries) are located in the area. The railway road with its bars and off-spaces can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Almost on your doorstep is the Lene Voigt Park, a paradise for joggers and those seeking relaxation. The Grassi Museum, the Augustusplatz (1. 300 meters away) and the city center with its shops, restaurants and cultural offers can be reached in a few minutes. By tram (about 2 minutes) you need to the university (2 stations) about 4 minutes, to the main station (3 stations) 6 minutes.

TRANSPORT
Trams, various bus connections and the proximity to the B2 secure the good connection in almost every direction. By tram (about 2 minutes) you need to the university 2 stations and 3 stations to the main station.
At Leipzig Central Station and the City Tunnel Stations of the S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland, travelers from all other directions can change to the S2, S5, S5X or S6 lines to the New Trade Fair. Driving time from Leipzig Central Station: 6 minutes, from Marktplatz Leipzig: 8 minutes. The tram line 16 of the Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe stops in front of the main station and will take you directly to the exhibition center in about 20 minutes - direction "Messegelände" (final stop).
The distance from the center to Leipzig-Halle Airport is about 22 km (30 minutes by car). Every 30 minutes the suburban train S5 or S5X goes directly from the airport to Leipzig. Travel time: 13 minutes to Leipzig-Hbf. The stop in front of the central station of Leipzig is Leipzig Messe, the stop after is Leipzig Markt (city center).
