For all booking we will need to take ID and a deposit.

● You will need to let us know your time of arrival in advance as we like to meet you at the property.

● Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am this allows our housekeeper time to make sure the property is spotless for when the next guest arrives.

● We can be flexible on this, please ask at time of booking.

● There is small cleaning fee of £35 per booking on short term stays.

● Long term stays can request a mid stay clean for £25.

● In order to ensure the safety of our guest:

➤➤ There are cameras over the front door and the backdoor, these also help us if you have trouble getting in when we are not around.

➤➤ There is a replacement charge of £25 for lost keys.

● Strictly NO parties or LARGE gatherings, we like our neighbors and so we want to keep them happy. Max of 6 people to stay in the house. We will ask you to leave if you are in breach of these terms.

● Wi-Fi is Super Fast and we will share this code on arrival.
