This atypical property will undoubtedly seduce you with its breathtaking view of the pool and its immediate proximity to the beach. Indeed, you can enjoy this villa on stilts of 70m2 located at the highest point of Cap-Ferret in the very quiet area of the Americans. This house is composed of a beautiful double bedroom with a bed in 160cm with its adjoining bathroom, walk-in shower with view, a kitchen open to the living room overlooking the pool. Two small terraces accompany this property.

This very particular property will be perfectly suited to a couple of lovers of the pool in search of calm in an idyllic environment in all simplicity. The luxury being the incredible scenery you will have the chance to see every day from sunrise to sunset.

In the house you will have at your disposal: a Nespresso machine, a TV, a washing machine as well as a dishwasher, an electric plancha and WIFI.

Pets are not allowed on the property.

OPTIONAL WITH SUPPLEMENT: you will have access to a beach hut with a very pretty terrace with feet in the water. The cabin consists of an open living room with kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet). Sunbathing and barbecue facilities are available to enjoy the terrace. If you want pictures do not hesitate to ask us. A cleaning supplement will be requested for the cabin: 100€.

To have access only to the top house on these periods, do not hesitate to inform us, a special rate can be proposed.
