The villa is ideally located in a quiet corner on the peninsula of Cap-Ferret, halfway between the ocean (Grand Crohot beach) and the Bassin d'Arcachon which will be reached in 10 minutes by car. The center of lege will be less than 5 minutes by bike, so you can quickly access the market and major shops.
Recently renovated, this villa will seduce you with its rehabilitation and quality furniture but also by its careful decoration. Its spacious garden with sandy soil has a heated, flat-bottomed pool and an outdoor bar. The large decked terrace that goes around the house will ensure you have pleasant evenings, meals or moments of relaxation and enjoy the garden at any time of the day. In addition, your privacy will be preserved thanks to the high palisade which frames the entire property and imposes a remarkable insulation with the neighborhood.
