'Rating: 0/10 – I do NOT recommend staying here. This is a room-only rental, and the owners live in the same home. There is very little privacy. We could hear them coughing and showering, and unfortunately could even smell bodily odors from the bathroom. They demanded a photo ID for every guest within 24 hours, threatening to cancel if not received. Children are not allowed. 'Super close to Siesta Key with a private backyard. Easy check in and great communication. Loved the beach vibes in the room itself. '
