These are two villas. which are next to each other.
1.Villa Andromeda is located in a complex of modern villas. This stunning upscale villa has been designed with a myriad of benefits in mind: luxury, privacy, comfort and a spacious environment. This has been specially designed for sea lovers and for those who want a peaceful break from the stresses of modern life.
There are breath-taking views of the sun rising and sun setting.
The villa is located near the village of Sivota in the South-East of the island of
Lefkada in a spectacularly scenic location. There is a colourful variety of Greek
taverns and shops in the village of Sivota, only 1.5km from the villa.You can rent a boat form the village to enjoy the other islands and the unbelievable view of the Ionian Sea.
The villa offers spectacular views of the azure waters of the Ionian Sea and the
islands, including Kefalonia, Ithaca and Meganissi.
There are vast expanses of olive groves and flowers in the villa’s garden leaving
one in awe of such beauty.
The villa is prepared to welcome 8 people very comfortably and to accommodate potential extra few people with extra beds. The villa is fully air conditioned. The whole house is cleaned weekly (plus linen and towel change), Wi-Fi. Private parking is available in front of the villa, with a capacity for 2 cars or one vehicle with a
boat cart.

There is a large Private 2,30m deep infinity pool (9×6.5m) with spillway and an outside shower and an extraordinary view of the sea. Comfortable sunbeds and
umbrellas for relaxing and enjoyable holidays by the pool are available.

#1st floor of the villa. In the main entrance of the villa, on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan living room with high ceiling and a large dining area, a living room area and a plasma LCD television with satellite channels. There is also a kitchen and a bathroom. Finally, there is a large
terrace with an astonishing view of the Ionian Sea which will make your breakfast, lunch and dinner that much more special.
At the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, an electric
stove oven, a dishwasher,the coffee makers, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave.
all kind of kitchen utensils and tableware. The kitchen is linked to the large dining area with a view of the sea.
#2nd floor of the villa. Stairs lead you to the main bedroom up on the second floor where there is a bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a
private balcony. The roomnoffers a magnificent view of the sea, which has one of
the best views of the whole residence.

# On the ground level there are three very comfortable bedrooms,with king size
beds. Luxury mattresses that are present in all the rooms will welcome your
dreams after a beautiful day sailing or sightseeing around Lefkada island.This floor has two bathrooms with a shower in each. The panoramic windows in the two
bedrooms allow you to enjoy the sea views. There is also an exit from the bedroom directly onto the lawn and to the pool.

2.The villa Pegasus is fully air conditioned.The house is cleaned weekly as well as the change of linens and towels.
A welcome basket with local products is waiting for you at the begging of your stay.
A beautiful garden with plants, flowers and olive trees completes the sence of tranquility.
# Outdoors.
Outside you'll find a large private infinity pool with spillway (9×7m and 2,3m depth), a
shower,comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas to relax by the pool. It is a perfect place
to enjoy during a warm sunny evening after a long day on the beach or a trip on a yacht!
There is also an outdoors gazeebo (pergola) for a relaxing break in the shade.A private
parking is available in front of the villa, with a capacity for 2 cars or one vehicle with a
boat cart.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with LCD television + satellite channels and a double bedroom with a balcony, a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove oven, a dishwasher, the coffee makers, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, dishes and cutlery.A large terrace with an
astonishing view of the Ionian Sea will make your breakfast, lunch and dinner a great
experience.

Garden floor of the villa
The ground level gives you direct access to the pool and the lawn. On this floor there are 2
bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

The property is cleaned weekly, linen and towel change every 7 days.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property
