The Neighborhood:

Chesnut Bay Resort and Great Escapes RV resorts and Pirates Bay Waterpark are nestled in a small community on Weiss Lake in Leesburg , Alabama.



Getting Around:

No outside golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local food recomendations.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum 8 guests. No smoking. No pets. For health and safety reasons be aware, when occupying the home, the owners do have their personal pets in the unit while they are present in the home.



TERMS

Three night minimum for peak season weekend stay. Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season. Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $220 cleaning fee and 10% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night.
