Whole house - 2 bedrooms, lounge kitchen bathroom, front garden

Spacious maisonette, on two floors (1st /2nd, 2 bedrooms) front garden and well equipt kitchen, large lounge and bathroom. We don t provide TV s most people bring laptops and we find it encourages peace and quiet in the property, and keeps room prices down a bit, bring your own data download. We have a washing machine, roomy fridge freezer and built in oven and hob AND underfloor heating.

Though you enter on the ground floor, the flat is accessed by stairs and is on the 1st and 2nd floor. As my store room is on the ground floor I need to ask guests not to leave keys or the chain on at the front door so I can get to my stock on the ground floor. I normally text before I arrive and won't come up the stairs.
The stairs are tradition early 1900s stairs and as such are fairly steep so please use the hand rail. This is why we suggest you think first before booking if you have small children.
As you enter the flat you will notice we have laminated floors throughout except on the stairways as this stops noise. The first room is the spacious lounge, with a nice bathroom (large shower instead of a bath) and kitchen on the other side of the staircase. Then you are led upto the top two attic bedrooms with lovely views over the city.
NOTE the lounge has a sofa bed and generalyl people prefer this as a lounge, however we have kept the bedroom pictures in for this room and if used a bedroom we ref to it as the blue room. We are letting it as a 2 bedroom maisenette with a lounge so please let us know if you need this switching to a bedroom.
WINTER BILLS - we factor in your water bill, but you have to pay for your electricity. We take a reading when you arrive and put the bill into your name form the day of arrival.
