We would like to welcome you to our Alpine Village condo. Whether you are coming for the sun or snow we hope you find your trip fun and relaxing. The condo is the perfect place for couples and small families to call home. We have made every attempt to provide you with the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The master suite has a queen size bed with all the needed linens. The master suite has its own bathroom with stand-up shower. Towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer provide are available for your use. The second bedroom has two twin beds with all the needed linens. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower; towels, soap and shampoo are provided here as well. The living room is equipped with sleeper sofa and love seat. A TV with streaming media player and Blu-ray player are provided; we do not have cable TV but you are welcome to log-in to your streaming services. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils, toaster and coffee pot. The dining area has a counter with three stools along with a table that seats four. Two folding chairs are also available if needed. A washer and dryer are in the unit for use by guests. The condo is a ground floor unit and has a dedicated, covered parking space. Kids love the ease at which they can access the yard through the back door. Parents will love the relaxing patio with outdoor seating. The condo is less than a mile from the heart of downtown Leavenworth and is an easy walk for those that want the exercise.

Nice, neat, clean. Well equipped. Fireplace didn't turn on, needed new batteries in remote but took from bedroom. Had problems parking as the snow bank made it hard to get in parking spot. But would tell anyone to stay thereIf I were too go to Levenworth again, would stay there.

The home was dirty. I have over 50 pictures. The dryer was not connected to the outer vent so it was exhausting dryer air into the house and could’ve potentially been a fire hazard. My husband and I spent two hours fixing it messaged the host and have not heard anything from him and I’ve given him my email and my phone number. All I wanted was a little bit of a rebate back because my mom paid a lot of money for this trip for it to be so dirty and for me to have to clean I have pictures for proof. I hesitated to do this review hoping to hear back from the host but never did otherwise this would’ve been definitely a bit of a better review. Had he gotten communications with me about these issues? Do not recommend

TV in main room was hard to use and if you didn’t have your own streaming subscription you were very limited on what you could watch. Bed was a little too soft. Kitchen was well stocked with about everything you could use.

This is the 2nd time our family stayed here. We enjoyed it both times. Close to town and the Golf Course, which was a bonus. Having the new roller coaster ride right down the street was a plus too. Condo is well furnished and very comfortable. Definitely recommend for your next visit to Leavenworth.

We realize we didn't pay a huge amount to stay here and it was fine but a few things need addressing. First we didn't get the code to enter until the morning of our styaayand not until after I called. The toaster had a loose element and we almost had an incident before it blew itself out! The microwave light was burned out, other lights are burned out. We understand it is personal preft but flannel sheets onhid-a-bed in summer isn't pleasant. Very noisy across street at adventure park. Room a/c freezes one room and doesn't reach the others. Just not great. Wouldn't probably stay here again.

Visit for a Family Winter Wonderland Wedding

Leavenworth stay

We had a great time. We were in Leavenworth for the Special Olympics and only needed the space at night. It was a good location close to town and the venue. The teapot was broken but there were pots to make hot water. The kitchen sink faucet was tough to use for some reason. Very stiff. We would rent this space again though.Thanks!

Clean, well equipped property.

For the price, this unit was prefect for our family. It was well equipped to meet our daily needs. 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom was great to keep the peace with our kids. Unit is on the very west end of town, so keep that in mind in the winter. It can be a little bit longer walk to the town square with icy sidewalks. Was not an issue for our family though. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Covered parking stall was very appreciated when we did get several inches of snow during our visit.

The location of this condo is ideal and it felt very spacious for a family of 5. However, there are many areas of the condo that need TLC, listing said there is a bbq so meals were prepped around that but upon arrival there was no bbq, host was very slow to respond.

Nice Local for Leavenworth Trip

We had a pleasant stay at this condo. We appreciated the covered parking and the location was decent. The (approximately 1 mile) walk to downtown was manageable, even with kids and in the snow, but a section of the sidewalks were not cleared to the complex, which made it a little dicey (NOT the owners’ fault, just a note to other families planning to walk in the snow). It would have been a perfect walk in warmer months! We could not get the TV in the living room to work, but that was not a big deal. The Christmas tree in the living room was a nice touch and the washer/dryer were life savers. We found everything we needed for a comfortable weekend getaway for a family of five!

Wonderful 2 days

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Location, apartment, closeness to winter entertainments , to Leavenworth . However, if there are more than 4 people of you this place wouldn’t be good to you, cause sleeping sofa is not in the condition to sleep on it. But if your group is up to 4 people I would definitely recommend it.
