'De aankomst gaf een beetje een scheef beeld, er was geen parkeerruimte meer over door een congres. Gelukkig konden we voor het hotel parkeren. We zijn niet teruggebeld en mochten de auto tot aan het uitchecken laten staan. Echt super! Verder hier een heel fijn verblijf gehad, van inchecken tot uitchecken en alles wat er tussen zit.
Supersnel en betrouwbaar Wifi, fijn ontbijt, hele goede en comfortabele bedden en in de buurt kun je ook wel wat eten halen als je daar zin in hebt.

A large and inviting pool, with a water feature inspired by Isola dei Ciclopi, in-pool massage jets, a shallow section for the toddlers and a good depth in the rest. A relaxing pool area with a bar where the ever smiling Giovanni (Johnny) and his other, friendly colleagues serve drinks, snacks and meals. Usually possible to get a sun chair so no one runs around with towels at 7 in the morning.

'L'appartement et joliment équipé, neuf et très propre ainsi que le reste de l'établissement qui est tout aussi bien entretenu.
Joli jardin et petite piscine et jacuzzi viennent compléter le lotissement qui possède également une salle de sport.
Tout le personnel et très gentil, attentionné et attentif à toute demande.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien et nous avons soupé 2 soirs, le repas était excellent et une bonne sélection de vin.

'The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family.'

We arrived early the day before but were allowed to check into our room and had the entire place to ourselves so spent the afternoon sat by the pool. 'Absolutely 5 stars for Roberta, who was communicative, friendly, professional and very hard-working as receptionist and office manager, breakfast manager and kitchen staff all in one. She helped us get in after hours, addressed an issue with the AC with urgency and a good temporary solution, and offered to make a variety of coffees at breakfast.
