Heated indoor swimming pool - oyster beds

Before describing this charming 90m2 house, located on the banks of the Pénerf waterway, and in the midst of oyster farms, let us evoke its strong and rare point: its indoor heated swimming pool available all year round. Arranged in an extension attached to the house, wherever you are in the main room, you can see it through the bay windows. It is accessible from the living room and the outdoor terrace. You will also find two solarium areas, one outside, the other covered in a bright conservatory, a relaxation space, with loungers, to enjoy at all times.

Another part of the terrace is dedicated to barbecues and good meals in the open air.



In the main room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave to prepare delicious meals. And for breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers (filter and Senseo).



You will then find the dining room, for convivial moments around the table, then 2 living spaces. One just after the dining room conducive to discussions, the other hidden behind a pretty glass partition, cosy and snug, welcomes you to watch good films.



The house has 3 beautiful and large double rooms, each with their own bathroom with ec, and their bay windows. All three offer comfort for a good night's sleep.



For even more convenience, the accommodation is fully air-conditioned, and you will discover a pétanque pitch with its set of boules. Finally, the house's courtyard allows parking for 3 cars.

On the ocean side, dunes and long sandy beaches follow one another up to the oyster huts of the Pénerf river. On the exposed foreshore at low tide, test your skills for shore fishing! Young and old love to rummage through the pools. You will then taste cockles, periwinkles and shrimps, taken from the fishing basket or spotted at one of the friendly markets in Arzon or Sarzeau.
