NOTE: This family house has 2 distinctive apartments and this listing concerns the upper level only. The ground floor apartment remains empty when the upper floor is rented so you will still be alone on the premises with full access to the garden etc.
* Lower floor is unoccupied during your visit so you have the entire place to yourself including the backyard, the parking etc.
* Up to 10 guests max. no exception.
- Detailed list of guests required at reservation. Number of guests can be modified until the last minute.
- All guests must sleep in bedrooms (verify beds arrangements before booking since no one is allowed to sleep on sofas)
-No guests from the outside, booked guests (only unless previously agreed by owner).

Our place is the perfect place for Companies to organize Team Building activities for up to 5 Professionals all sleeping in different beds. It is also possible to gather everyone in the same room for Professional Presentations.

*** Ours rates are decreasing and depend on on the number of guests (for example 4 guests pay less than 10) Extra fees per night per guest after 4 guests. Max is 10 (8 adults) no exception.
