L'oustaou Néou - Gîte de la Ferme

Ideal for a car-free holiday, this cottage offers easy access: the owners can pick you up from the train station, buses serve the entire Arcachon Bay area, and bicycles are available for rent. Located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, in a three-hectare park facing the forest, L'Oustaou Néou is a former farmhouse enjoying a peaceful, natural setting with horses and sheep. The Gîte de la Ferme (Farm Cottage) is situated in part of the old farmhouse, which also includes the owners' residence. Located in the oldest part of the building, you will appreciate its preserved authentic character with exposed brickwork, woodwork, and antique tiles. It has a small private terrace adjoining the large communal terrace and swimming pool. It comprises a living room with a dining area and lounge (sofa bed), a small adjoining kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a small children's bedroom with two single bunk beds (90x190cm), a shower room, a toilet, and a utility room adjacent to the kitchen area. You will have your own electric griddle for grilling on sunny days. The swimming pool is located next to the cottage, opposite the owners' house; it is shared with the owners and two other cottages. A large terrace equipped with sun loungers and poolside beds is also shared and available for your use. With the environment being a priority, we have implemented numerous eco-friendly practices on our property, some of which you will find reflected in our accommodations and their surroundings (homemade organic cleaning products, reused antique furniture or furniture made from recycled materials, for example). The cottage has central gas heating (included). Utilities are included in the price (an additional charge will apply if you exceed the cottage's capacity). Parking is available on the property. Two other cottages are located on the property, one of which is very close by. As animals are present on our property, we cannot accommodate pets; access to the enclosures is also prohibited. Access to the cottage is via the pool terrace. A cycle path is located near the cottage. Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee.
