'Huis was vervallen. Keukenkastjes en lades zaten los. Vaatwasser trok je zo onder het keukenblad vandaan. Badkamers zijn smal en niet hygiënisch. Over het algeheel was het zeker niet schoon. Eigenaar spreekt enkel Frans dus communicatie was niet te doen. Aan het eind werd er nog een fors bedrag ingehouden van de borg waarbij vermeld stond porseleinen lamp dat stuk zou zijn van 275,- terwijl er niks in dat verblijf staan wat die waarde hanteerd laat staan iets van porselein. 'We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. 'Wij waren er in mei 2 weken me onze jongens en 2 hondjes. Ontzettend mooie vakantie gehad. Alles klopte. Toevallig ook erg mooi weer gehad. Sarah (eigenares ) heeft ons ontvangen . Super aardig. In het huis was van alles te doen...tafelstennis biljard enz.... Heel veel gebruik gemaakt van het prachtige zwembad. Iedere dag weer genoten van het grote Balko/terras . s'morgens met een kop koffie en s'avonds met een glaasje wijn. wij komen weer terug... misschien al volgend jaar :)'

'This was a very short notice booking and the owners were very helpful to sort this out. Another location had fallen through for us and we all had leave booked. Our children also had flights booked (Geneva) so at short notice (3-4 days) we needed a house for 6 people. The owners did their best to help us out and we appreciate that. 'The location is a quiet residential area, within easy walking distance of Doussard 'beach' and within easy driving distance of Annecy itself. The lakeside cycle path runs 100m from it. "It was too hot in the room, although the website says there is an airco, it doesn't work (according to them: it's "too expensive to turn on", so they will turn it on only when they think it's hot enough 😅 (which is never apparently), and to make things worse, there is no small fridge in the room. You book a view, you get no view, and you can't reason with them at all because you've already paid. Oh yeah. The internet speed is laughable, 3 MB/S, for people who dont know how bad that is, well let's just say you MIGHT be able to send a WhatsApp or facebook message, but you'll never be able to make a call. No kettle to boil water, and when I went down to get some coffee from the coffee machine it didn't work, they told me that "sometimes" it works (because it's not for us)."
