« The staff forgot to put a blanket or comforter on our bed. Went to the front desk and they had a sign on the counter to call this number if no one was there. « HÎtel calme, un grand hall, salon avec canapé, ainsi que les tables et le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l'air bien.
En plus du thé et café en accÚs libre, dans la hall se trouve un distributeur d'eau fraßche agrémenté de rondelles de citrons. Il y a un laundry et un ATM.
Le petit-déjeuner était complet avec du salé également, une machine à gaufre, yaourts, céréales, ...
La chambre Ă©tait propre et spacieuse, avec un bureau et une chaise, en plus du frigo,...

Review:
I booked a "Deluxe" room, but what I walked into was uninhabitable and dangerous. Upon arrival, the door to our room was wide open, the TV was on, and the bed was messy. Most alarmingly, the room was completely missing its smoke detector/fire alarm, which is a major safety code violation.
The conditions only got worse:
Structural Issues: One of the beds was broken and collapsed.

« Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. »

« This is a second-rate hotel meant for families with small children. We were up all night with unsupervised children running up and down the halls (is having small children in a room without an adult legal?). Coffee cups in the room were caked with coffee stains. Things like an ice bucket had to be requested. Adults should think twice - this is not what I associate with a Hilton! »
