'Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Front desk person was very rude.. room was clean but outdated.. had to hit the fuse for just about every outlet in the room for lights and tv to work. My room was downgraded upon arrival which wasn’t a problem but they insisted that they can not change the price of the room… so I paid for a suite room for a base room. Terrible service overall. '

'Stayed here for 3 days and I had excellent service from the first day to the last. Lily at the front desk was so very helpful and super nice. The second day my key don’t work so they sent up someone to give me a new key. The pool was nice and the manager brought out two piles of clean and warm towels for us to use. Housekeeping was immaculate and very attentive. Would stay here any time I am in the area'

'Great room, great location! Our room was quiet. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen area with full refrigerator, the pool, the fitness center, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were always helpful. Good variety of breakfast items and a very pleasant, bright, uncrowded tables area. We love this place!'

'Good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Looked like hotel was understaffed, which seemed to create some stress with some of the staff. Not that they were not friendly, but sometimes they seemed distracted.'

'As we entered the property we looked around for the restaurant and bar that was listed there was seating at a bar, no staff, except the front desk employee. Did not appear to be any beverages in the cooler. When we got to our room, the room beside us had an eviction notice. 'compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation! 'The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they did not have support staff on duty. Our bathroom and the bathroom of our friends were clogged. There was no one on duty to help. The front desk offered a plunger and towels to deal with overflow for ourselves. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room. Our friends, however, got a knock on the door at 5am when the handyman showed up to unclog the toilet. '
