'The Breakfast is terrible'

'Bed bugs. Check the mattress before staying here. I woke up covered in bites, and when I raised my concerns, the woman I spoke with called me a liar, as though I would have any reason to make something like that up. The room was also extremely noisy, the door didn't latch properly, and there was no ventilation. I was driving through to Regina and just needed a clean, comfortable place to get some rest for me an my dogs. Very disappointing. Never again.'

'First room, no heat. second room, No heat control. Third room heat but tramatized me for awhile... cockroach infestation. We were moved to their sister hotel... however, when reached out to Expedia, and Expedia reached out to the hotel. Not even a refund was offered. It had to be asked for and they never gave a refund. I feel I will forever be haunted and never want to sleep in lloydminster again.'
