The Space:

A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

Built on principles of regenerative agriculture, self-sufficiency, and sustainable living, the property is powered by an off-grid powered by a generator (fuel) and sustained with the help of captured rainwater. - No unregistered guests are allowed
- No smoking allowed on the property
- Only fully house-trained pets are allowed
- Pets are allowed and are limited to only one dog or cat
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
