Carlos here is giving us 2 stars because he did not arrive in time for check-in (not our fault) and he thought he would be entitled for get a refund on his deposit. On a completely busy weekend where every hotel in LV was completely sold out and with us not having time to re sell his bed… so yeah, sad… and we don’t know how hotels dot com lets him review when they can see he never stayed with us.

Thank you for staying with us. Thank you for pointing out the loud guest, we wish we could be there at night and catch these people when they are being loud but that would be very creepy. The front desk girl was being trained and therefore she was slow checking you in, sorry about that. The situation with bottom bunks might have happened due to a No Show reservation, we always fill bottom bunks first. So that bed was reserved for someone who didn't show up. I don't know who you thought of as the "owner" but I don't think that me working on the desk 4 days a week, making and being the cook during our free bbqs, offering free breakfast, pressure washing the building in the mornings with my own equipment, building out the backyard furniture would be seen as condescending to any of my guests. What kind of greedy owner am I where I work and do all these things to keep my business open? One thing is true, I want to collect our rents from people because 1. That's how this industry works and 2. I have bills and employees to pay while trying to recover from Covid losses =)

Thank you for choosing our Hostel. It has been a hard year we appreciate your understanding in regards to our hours of operation being shorter.

We are surprised to see this guest reaction, he had requested a bottom bunk bed due to injuries he had and we made sure he got a bottom bunk. He was very nice to all our guests and staff, we even talked and engaged several times, he was complimenting our Hostel and staff the whole time he was here. Not once did he complain about the hostel or his dorm or our facilities. Weird
