De accommodatie is zeer goed gelegen, vlak naast de MGM Grand. Je mag hier geen grote luxe verwachten, maar op zich is alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Alleen zijn we een dag vroeger vertrokken omdat we na drie dagen nog steeds geen “housekeeping” gezien hadden. Nochtans hebben we hier dagelijks voor gebeld en werd ons telkens beloofd dat ze onmiddellijk zouden komen. De klachten die ik vaak las over de lift kan ik niet bevestigen. We hebben 1 keer 5 minuten gewacht op de lift, wat op dat ogenblik lang leek. Verder was de lift telkens onmiddellijk beschikbaar. Sommige dealers waren wat onvriendelijk, maar ook dit was meer uitzondering dan regel. Algemeen gezien waren ze zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam voor de minder ervaren speler.

Only one elevator was working out of the tree. Parking was dirty and dark. Was charged for a “pool view” room and I was in the 16th floor on the opposite side of the swimming pool. Arrived 1 hour earlier than the check in time and was charged $20.00 for early check in, just an awful experience

Property is very dirty, smelly. Very VERY poor customer service. Our room was dirty, had nail clippings and dried ramen noodles stuck to carpet. As soon as we opened the courts is there was dust flying everywhere AND the AC was not cooling. Called front desk, said they where sending house keeping and tech. Only tech came. Second day asked for cleaning again and towels. Came back to find a dirty room and towels on the floor. Would definitely NOT come back nor recommend to family and friends.

Upon conducting research prior to my arrival, I had some concerns about the quality of this establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. It is worth noting that for dining options, it may be preferable to venture to the nearby strip. In my experience, despite the presence of multiple Hooters employees, only one seemed actively engaged while the others appeared preoccupied with their mobile devices. As for dining late, Steak and Shake is an option, although the menu selection is limited similar to that of Blake's Lotaburger. It was apparent to me that the preparation of the meat was lacking, as it arrived cold and lacking in flavor.

If you have any walking toddlers be careful, there is no door saftey on top of the doors like other hotels have toddlers are able to open and walk out the door, they had 2 elevators but only one was working and then the one working didnt work no more for a day, they have multiple people walking around confused how to get to their rooms. The room was so old fashion and half of the things didnt work, I have to call the receptionists to complain about it. The walls are so thin you can hear everyones business. Cleaning is upon request which i think its dumb, others hotel do basic cleaning. Even when I requested a deep clean because my tub was full of hairs on our first night they never came to clean it. Honestly horrible hotel I would never stay there again, ESPECIALLY with children.

I stayed here 2 years ago almost to the date and the property has gone downhill horribly. We saw about 2 weeks after we booked that the elevators were broke. We just figured they will be fixed by Memorial Day weekend… well they weren’t. They have 6 elevators and only 1 sometimes 2 were working. They have been broken since middle of February. This was not a very enjoyable trip and will never stay there again. First we ordered a king room in January. We check in go up the stairs to the 3rd floor and realize we have 2 beds and no one notified us at check in. I get it’s a holiday weekend and they are busy but if someone would have said “I’m sorry but right now we only have queens, sorry for the inconvenience” i would have been ok but no one said anything. We text the front desk number and they say we can try in the morning but they are overbooked. We never checked in the morning because we were worried that they would put us up on a higher floor and we didn’t want to have to do potentially 17 flights of stairs or wait 30 minutes for an elevator if not more. Second with the elevators down no one gave us stairs directions. We found out some of the stairwells don’t go to all floors or lead to back service hallways with broken equipment laying everywhere. Also the stairwells are nasty and had rotting food that had been there for 3 days at one point. If your elevators don’t work please give people directions. Also the pool waitress Sunday 5/27 was extremely rude and condescending.

The unique aspect is that their elevator sign is wrong. It said floor 11 to 19, when it goes to 10 as well. The unique aspect was that the staff make you feel absolutely intelligent when you don't understand the sign was wrong. The unique aspect was that they gave your an no strip for room when you asked for it, c and needed to go to front desk again. The unique aspect was that the strip view room was looking at the back side of mgm only. The unique aspect was the tv won't turn on or off. Or stays at the searching mode the entire time. The unique aspect was the ac cover was broken. The unique aspect was that we needed to kill flies in the room. The unique aspect was the halfway was floaded and my shoes got damaged. The unique aspect was the draining in the tub is horrible. The uniqueness are things that made me refuse to stay at this hotel. Customer service was horrible.

Staff is very friendly, lots of places to dine. The only thing they need to work on is replacing them elevators. They did not operate when we arrived to the casino. We had to use the service elevator. When we checked out, again the elevator did not work. Once again we had to utilize the service elevator. Other than that, our stay was great.

This is maybe one of the worst hotels Ive stayed at. It was not clean at all, restroom was very dirty, even the bath tub, tv did not work, no wifi paper or anything. NOTHING like the pictures unfortunately. I dont really recommend . Also elevators were not working only one of them, too many people for elevators not to be working .

Right from the front desk when we got there. There was a sense that people weren't happy working there. Room 311 was not very clean. Hair in shower, stained pillow,bed lamp not working. Signs of pictures being pulled off the wall and not replaced. Just sn overall bad experience. Uber driver asked why we stayed there. We had a canceled flight.

Elevators broken on my first day. No signage about options or directions to get to room. Forced to go on a scavenger hunt looking for a way to get to lobby. Almost got stuck in service elevator when I finally found it. No information or apologies or concern from staff. Restaurant service is very slow. Hardly any taxis available outside compared to before.

This hotel is not newly renovated! It's very old. The carpet in the room, the bathroom and especially the bathtub were filthy! Thank goodness the beds appeared clean and yes we checked for bedbugs. The room had a funny smell to it like urine. There was only one elevator that worked so it was at least a 10 min wait to get on if there wasn't a line. Mind you, there was a total of 6 elevators and only one functioned. The staff at checkc in was the only positive thing about the place. The strip view i paid extra for was a view of the Tropicana being torn down, with the strip behind that. The pictures of the hotel looks nice online but when you see it in person, it's like a bait and switch. I will never stay at Oyo again or recommend it.

The AC did not work in the room but the room was clean but very dated. Needs an update. Walking to the hotel from the strip was the only time during the time in Vegas we felt unsafe walking. They were doing demolition on the hotel next to us.

The entire staff was great, front desk & housekeeping had zero issues. Extremely friendly and helpful my entire stay & the hotel itself was pretty clean. The only drawbacks during my stay was the fact that the elevator button on the 3rd floor didn’t work for some reason, so we had to take the stairs, which is fine since it isn’t a higher floor. And the demolition next door is a little noisy in the morning if you’re directly facing it, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. This is my second time staying here, for the price is definitely worth it.

The elevator was by far the worst thing about the Oyo. One functional elevator for an entire floor of rooms, you’re talking half an hour sometimes to get up and down to your room. Same thing for the parking garage elevator, only one worked. Aside from that, dining options were kind of limited, hooters was the only thing open late. The cafe closes way too early, we went for EDC and wouldn’t get up till later, a cup of coffee would have been nice but we had to go off property to get anything worthwhile. Guess we can’t expect much for a cheaper rate and booking later than we should have.

For being a hotel and casino in Vegas I expected more. There were cracks in the doors chunks missing from the door jam like someone forced it open. The AC was broken in our room. Called there maintenance twice went to the front desk about it. Nothing. It's Vegas it's hot you need ac. But I guess this is there marketing trick to get ppl out of the rooms and into the casino. Won't be back.

like the place. cheapest hotel near the strip. the room and bathroom needs a bit of an improvement but stayable. needs a bit of renovation and more elavators please. had to wait too long for elevators. but staircase is always open. but not convenient if your room is up on the 12th floor. otherwise, it’s got great location if you want a cheap hotel near the strip.

Very affordable and decent location - not right on the Strip but convenient. There was only one working elevator, which we heard has been the case for quite some time. They really need to fix at least one other one. The construction next door at the Tropicana was annoying with jackhammering early in the morning. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
