We never got the opportunity to stay in the property. After our 10 hour drive I contacted to host on how to get into our rental only to find out it was already booked to someone else!! Attempting to get my money back for a stay that never happened!!

Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr gut und schnell. Wohnung perfekt für unseren Urlaub (16 Tage). Lovely Vegas stay
Came to Vegas to see U2 concert and visit with family. Ronnie met us at the house to show us around. He was quick to respond to inquiries; good communication overall. Property as advertised. Clean and spacious for two. Plenty of coffee and water available. The latter needed as the climate is dry and always felt parched. Loved the water pressure in the shower! We have not been here for more than 14 years. A lot has changed on the strip. We visited the Spring Valley Preserve and State museum; Fremont street; the strip; and saw Awakening. At the time of our stay the strip was getting ready for the Formula 1 races to be held in a few weeks. We chose not to eat on the strip, as there are lots of top rated, reasonably priced restaurants off. Property not far from airport for early morning flight home. Enjoyed the November weather and our stay.

Very clean and convenient to everything
We were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Just big enough for two. Location was quiet but close enough to the action. Las Vegas was in a extreme heatwave and the air conditioning was efficient and kept our place very comfortable. I will return again!!!

Perfect for a short stay
Ronnie was a great host! Super communicative and responded quickly when we had questions or needed something addressed. Great home base for moving around town. My partner was woken up by the cargo planes taking off early in the morning, so if you’re a light sleeper, take note. Thanks Ronnie!

A Gem In The Desert
After we landed and got our rental car, I text Ronnie what time did he want to meet as we were a little early. He called within a few minutes, we agreed on the time, and he was there when promised. We were lucky enough for the property to be ready early so we could start our vacation sooner. Ronnie gave us a tour and run down of everything. He is available anytime you need anything. We did not need to contact him until it was getting close to check out. Ronnie is very polite and stresses if you need ANYTHING don't hesitate to reach out. The property is very clean. Bed is comfortable. We were there mainly to sleep as during the day as we were out doing our thing. Nice little patio area to just chill and have a drink or two to wind down. This property is better than a hotel, away from the noise, your own parking spot and laundry on the property. There is shopping nearby for any needs and plenty of places to eat. You can get to the strip fairly quickly but does depend on time of day and the airport is right up the street. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. If we could rate a 10 star we would.

A charming studio with a beautiful court yard. Location was within less than a mile to local retailers. Ronnie was a cheerful and helpful host. Would highly recommend this place for an overall great experience.

Great place to stay, well stocked and easy check-in/out process. One thing I didn’t notice at time of booking and looking at pics/profile was that there is no closet, dresser or place to put clothes/luggage. My partner used mini-dining table for her clothes and I used the floor/desk area.

All the essentials with a quiet off the strip vibe. Short taxi/Uber to strip.
This place was the cutest. Ronnie met us there with the keys and showed us around the place to make sure we knew how everything worked. Nice TV and cozy recliners, the bed was comfy as well! Made some simple meals and snacks in the kitchenette. Uber takes about 10-15 minutes to the Strip. Neighborhood was quiet, 10 minute walk to a mini mart/Starbucks!! Seriously would consider staying here again!! Thank you Ronnie.

Perfect!
Easy to get to from airport and central to Red Rock, Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire (highly recommend) and the strip. Plenty of towels, TP, paper towels and toiletries provided. Especially appreciated the snacks and bottled water when we arrived late at night. Perfect for our week in the Vegas area.

I liked that it had a little area for office work, that there was a dedicated parking spot for me, that there was a washer/dryer to access and that everything was locked up for safety. I also liked the kitchen area and that they had a smart tv. The bed was beyond comfortable.

What a nice experience
Cozy little place, very well equipped. It has everything you need and it is in a secure, quiet location. Ronnie is the best. He is super responsive and takes care of you. He even helped me out with a battery jump start when I got stranded a couple of miles from the house. I highly recommend this place for your Vegas stay.

Exactly what we were looking for!
Studio was exactly as described--clean, private and quiet. Ronnie met us at the studio for check-in, showed us around, then left us alone with the promise to respond if needed. No need! We were visiting family and this studio was perfect as a homebase--a place to sleep, have coffee in the morning then return to in the evening. Thank you Ronnie!!

Great place and location
The owner met us at the property and showed us everything we needed to know. The property met all our needs. We very much appreciated how the owner had cold bottled water in the fridge for us during the hot summertime. We easily traveled to the Red Rock area, as well as several trips to the strip. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

This location is centralized close to the Airport and Eastsoutheast of the Strip and UNLV. Great for a single or couple. You may hear aircraft since you're close to the airport but had no complaints of the noise. It was low noise (mostly when outside). Great location. Shopping center nearby. Restaurants close. Easy to get on main roads.

I enjoyed my stay in this studio located in a nice neighborhood about 10 minutes from the strip. Very comfortable with a nicely stocked kitchenette and even a nice outdoor sitting area.

Ronnie is a great host and has an open line of communication. The studio is located in a quite safe neighborhood. Great Wi-Fi, super water pressure in shower, free waters, good selection of K-Pods for the coffee maker, clean, has a safe, and within a short walking distance to the bus stop. I will be back!

A lot of nice small touches - stocked with water, extra towels. Super clean and super quiet. The location was close to the strip and airport, but not noisy.
