If there were an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen it without hesitation. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and upon arrival, the smell in the room was unbearable. I had booked a two queen junior suite, but the hotel offered me a room with a roll-out bed for the same price instead. This is completely unacceptable. When I called Expedia, where I had made the booking, the only options provided were to stay in the foul-smelling room or accept the inferior room with a meager $50 compensation for the inconvenience. This is outrageous customer service from both the hotel and Expedia. They clearly have no regard for their guests' comfort or well-being. Avoid this hotel at all costs!! Writing this from the room,
