Great room, you just can't actually sleep in it.
This hotel is not sound proof while it's on the noisiest street in Vegas. Love the area, but after a while you want to relax and get a bit of sleep. Their windows are so thin, it sounds like you have them open. The bed shakes from the terrible club music coming from downstairs. Once the club music stops at 2am, you start noticing that their heating system sounds like having a jumbo jet in your room. Go here only if you don't need to sleep and just want to party. And don't fall for their upgrade hustle , because I did and I still had a room on the 3rd floor with paper thin windows. Pure Vegas greed and dishonesty to guests. The hotel's position is I should have researched in advance if there were raves in the area or not. Silly me for not being up to date on where raves are across the world and for trusting the hotel to warn their guests.

Easy access to Fremont Street, parking was easy. Lots of dining and drink options inside of the facility. Parking was easy sign up so that you could come and go as needed. staff was helpful and friendly. Our experience was good.

I have stayed here many times and never had a complaint about it but a lot of staff throughout the hotel were rude. I seen a man ask a question to an employee and the employee just looked at him, mumbled something and kept walking. There are to many examples to put in this little box. Disappointing ☹️

They offer upgrades and give you a link upgrade before you get there however they do not process them at all even if it’s two days before. Also, our bathrooms were completely disgusting. They were never cleaned and they only offered us a resort fee as a refund and at the very least you expect to be able to Shower in a clean hotel. It was pretty gross. Also, the ATM fees are $13

Everything was great , except the resort fee. Didn’t use the pool or internet . Ridiculous that they give you such a great price then tack on $135.00 resort fee. To me I think they should include it from the very beginning as one price all together. You think your getting a great deal and it ends up not so.

The cockroach I found in my bathroom on my second day didn’t leave me with the best impression. Neither did the soap scum and hair in the sink or the shower that clearly hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. What really got me is that this happened during edc weekend when the hotel was making so much extra revenue all they did for me was swap the room. Normally I wouldn’t expect more but they really screwed up and management did less than the bare minimum to make it right. Just don’t bother staying here.

I love the fact that it was just steps away from Fremont street. Staff was really nice and on top of any questions or services they could provide if asked. What I didn’t like was the room. The bathroom had mold inside the shower, toilet kept on making a weird dripping of water noises and cracks on the walls and an out dated bed.

Check in was an issue. After standing in line at TSA, boarding, getting off Plane, taxi the last thing I wanted to do was stand in line for 45 minutes to check in. Totally unacceptable to a weary traveler. Once we got past that everything and everyone was wonderful. We will be back, just wish you would open other check ins. We stayed in Rush and after going there found counter never did see it open.

Great place to stay but the benefits of staying there are no longer shown when booking cabanas etc as you pay the same as those not staying in the hotel. Staff were friendly and knowledgable however we requested water three times and was never bought to the room.

If you go stay in the newest tower. I love to stay at the golden nugget but, This is the 1st time got it up for money at the slot machine, I get it up outside the resort, but inside? So maybe have little more security later at night on the floor. Other then that its a great resort in real las vegas

This was our first time staying on Fremont Street and it was fantastic! The Golden Nugget was THE perfect place to stay! Desiree, who checked us in for the Rush Tower, was a delight! The process was so easy and pleasant. It was so nice to have an actual person, as opposed to some hotels on the strip. The room was beautiful, spacious and updated. The location was perfect, the pool was gorgeous, the food was exceptional. We will stay there again and I highly recommend!

The staff was friendly before we said we didn’t want to upgrade our room. Our room had no fridge, no microwave and a rusted tub. The “upgraded room” was to get a fridge and microwave. I’ve stayed at motels with better accommodations and friendlier staff. They originally canceled our reservation all together because we didn’t check in our first day, IT WAS PAID FOR.. it wasn’t like I just reserved the room.
