'Arrived and was greeted with a smile. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and fast. The hotel was clean along with our room being clean. We didn't get to use the pool or hot tub (no fault of the hotel - we just didn't take the time to use them). Had a jacuzzi in our room and that was so relaxing! 'My son was graduating from UMD. Duluth "proper" was crazy busy, so we greatly enjoyed this VRBO away from the hussle and bussle. Nick was an amazing communicator, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was to our liking. The food next door was FANTASTIC and everyone working was beyond pleasant. The only thing I could recommend to the owners is to provide some hand lotion in the bathroom & kitchens.
