'Amazing'

'Heel fijn bed, heel vriendelijk personeel'

'Personeel is erg behulpzaam.

'The hotel is clean and modern. Being able to use the staff kitchen and having food delivered is nice as there is no restaurant. But what really makes this hotel great is the staff. I would’ve given them 6 out of 5 stars if I could, they really are the best.'

'Great accommodation, friendly staff. Corridors could do with an upgrade in carpeting. '

'Perfect location next to the Bannockburn battlefield site - friendly staff and good food - would recommend'

'Great staff, breakfast and location'

'Location is great. Room is spacious and clean. Although the carpet was a bit worn. The staff could pay a bit more attention during breakfast'

'Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the shower was only a trickle of water, and breakfast looked a bit sad. Staff was not particularly welcoming or enthusiastic.'

'Decent bar and restaurant..Staff very attentive...Although hotel was cold in the evening...80s tvs in rooms could do with updating.'
