The deposit is required for any guest staying 7 or more consecutive nights, but we can understand how it may be inconvenient. When you mentioned not having cash on hand, we had no problem doing a card authorization in lieu of the cash! We are so sorry to hear about the state of the room and we understand the importance of a comfortable and clean space. We will be renovating soon which will include new flooring, appliances, and likely tables! In the meantime, we will make sure to prioritize and remedy the issues you've mentioned. You are right, we do have a large number of guests who are staying here on extended stays while on business. With that, comes a lot of trash that is accumulated very quickly. Our maintenance man collects and disposes of the trash at least once a day, but it seems that is not enough to keep up with the property.
