9.4 van 10, Uitzonderlijk, (1.261 beoordelingen)
'This is well-maintained resort property. Service was mediocre, at best. Concierge understaffed, front desk & restaurants all understaffed. Breakfast was chaotic several days in a row. Hotel was full of mostly domestic tourists -- local corporate groups on retreat + large local families. We had expected more of a Shangri-La experience, & had just traveled from a Shangri-La property which had impeccable & genuinely helpful customer service, plus a convenient location.

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'I liked that it was small and more private. However the beach was not clean enough to swim. Water went out from time to time as well as the wifi. A lot of the furniture in my room was beat up and broken. It's a great place but it needs some work done.'

'The best resort I have been to in Cebu. Impeccable service and everyone were very polite and courteous. They made me feel such a VIP from getting off the vehicle to checking in and throughout my entire stay. I would like to mention or call the attention of some of the employees:

Filamer & Johndry ( Azure)
Wendell- room service
Claire- Saffron
Johnny- Conceirge
Merba- Housekeeping

'I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I have hotel confirmation and send a copy to my sister just incase because i live overseas and the time differences. They called me many times while I was sleeping. And my phone was on sleep mode. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟....

'I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall.
Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I...
