Como las fotos ! Casa cerca de San Bartolomeo, tranquilla, y con espacios fuera para disfrutar. Fuimos muy bien acogidos, y lo hemos pasado muy bien!!

La casa perfecta para disfrutar en familia

Lanzarote es una isla maravillosa, y esta casa ha sido perfecta para disfrutarla durante mås de una semana. Todo estaba impecable, la decoración tradicional tiene mucho encanto, y los exteriores son perfectos para disfrutar momentos en familia. Desde el primer momento, Jose, el dueño, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Es una persona encantadora y su hospitalidad se reflejó en pequeños detalles, como compartir con nosotros huevos frescos de sus gallinas y productos deliciosos de su huerto. La ubicación de la casa es perfecta. Situada en el centro de la isla, nos permitió explorarla por completo sin la sensación de pasar mucho tiempo en el coche. La amabilidad de Jose, la ubicación estratégica, y la belleza de la casa hicieron de nuestras vacaciones una experiencia inolvidable. ¥Muchas gracias!

Great Spacious Villa

Quiet location, exactly what we wanted. Loads of room us. I managed to block the toilet, called the contact and Jose was there in 1 hour and sorted it in 5 minutes, super service. We were given fresh eggs and bananas from his chickens and garden, lovely. Weather was a bit cool a few days ( we went in December )so Jose gave us heaters. I would suggest hiring a car as it is rural. Had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location. Hopefully going to book again next year. Thanks Jose

Zentral gelegen aber ruhig

El islote ist ein sehr sauberes gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage und perfekt gelegen fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in alle Inselrichtungen. Absoluter Pluspunkt ist die komplett eingerichtete AussenkĂŒche sogar mit einem Paellagaskocher. Die Ruhe wurde nur durch den Hahn gestört,der die Uhrzeiten nicht richtig zuordnen konnte...dafĂŒr gab es aber frische Eier. Der Vermieter war tĂ€glich vor Ort, hat sich aber nie aufgedrĂ€ngt. Gelungener Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Schöne Aufenthalt

Wir waren eine Woche im MĂ€rz in dem Haus in Islote. Das Haus war bis zum letzten Details mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht bis auf eine Kaffeemaschine da wir ja gewohnt sind Filterkaffee zu trinken. Jose, der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend, sehr nett. Er hatte uns auch mal Kartoffeln und Eier von seinen HĂŒhnern geschenkt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gemĂŒtlich. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wenn die HĂŒhner in der NĂ€he nicht gackern wĂŒrden, wĂ€re es absolut ruhig. Ein Auto ist auf jedenfall erforderlich.

Una estancia maravillosa

Fuimos un grupo de cuatro amigos y desde el primer momento tanto José como Dulce, los propietarios, se preocuparon de que todo estuviese perfecto para nuestra estancia en la casa. La casa es increíble, es muy grande y muy bonita por dentro, la zona de la piscina inmejorable! Le dimos mucho uso a la parrilla y a la cocina exterior (la de la propia casa ni si quiera llegamos a utilizarla). El pequeño baño que tiene donde la zona de la piscina también resulta muy pråctico. Los colchones muy cómodos, armarios amplios, menaje y pequeños electrodomésticos mås que suficientes (hervidor de agua, tostadora, microondas, batidora...) y el lavavajillas que siempre es un plus. La ubicación de la casa estå genial para moverse por toda la isla, a unos quince minutos del aeropuerto y muy tranquila para dormir (no se escucha absolutamente nada por la noche) y aunque tienes vecinos cerca no es como en otras zonas de la isla donde todas las casas estån pegadas unas a otras, lo cual le da mås intimidad. Los propietarios tienen una huerta y gallinas cerca de la casa y nos trajeron fresas, cebollas y huevos, todo un detalle. Recomendamos totalmente alojarse en esta casa si se va a visitar la isla, es todavía mejor que en las fotos!

Exactly what we wanted..

The property was exactly what we were looking for, very spacious in a quiet location with a pool.. We arrived quite late on the Sunday evening and it took us a while to locate the external lights & even longer to find the external kitchen.. (make sure you buy food from the airport as most shops are closed early on Sunday evenings, we luckily found one with 15 minutes spare before we would have been left without food or water until the next day..! (A basic welcome pack could be a possibility for future guests given late arrivals..!? Water/bread cheap bottle of wine etc..) We met Jose and even though my Spanish was about as good as his English he happily showed me around the house & kitchen i got a good understanding of what was where etc (the kitchen is external to the house through a bolted door) he very kindly gave us fresh eggs from his chickens and freshly dug up potatoes all of which were fantastic! The layout of the house suited us very well and we didn’t need for anything, though if the pool was heated we would have used it more than just on the hotter days.. oh and maybe one more sun lounger as there was only two.. Jose thankfully and kindly allowed us to hang around the house way past the check out time on the day of our departure due to having an evening flight back home.. Jose is a real character, he’s full of charm.. thank you!

Disappointing

Very strange that it has 2 kitchens but all of the (very limited) equipment is in the 2nd one by the pool and BBQ rather than in the main villa. So we were transferring the 1 kettle from 1 kitchen to the other, along with crockery and cutlery. It was cold in the evenings (heaters were provided when asked for) so we wanted to cook in what we thought was the main kitchen. Limited instructions about this (or anything else) were offered before arrival (and zero info in the villa) so when we arrived in the dark we could not find anything. There were lots of flies around and we had the challenge of a leaking toilet in the main villa which we reported. Perhaps the 2 are related. Overall I would say a comfortable villa in the summer or when the days are longer but the lack of basic equipment (no peeler for example) needs to be looked at.

Absolument parfait!

Nous venons de passer une trÚs agréable semaine dans la maison de José. Nous avons été parfaitement bien accueilli. Le propriétaire est trÚs sympathique et attentionné, nous donnant de bons conseils pour visiter cette merveilleuse ßle. La maison est située dans un petit hameau trÚs tranquille au centre de l'ßle. Elle est trÚs spacieuse, trÚs propre et trÚs bien équipée. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Don Jose y sus cosas...

La Villa esta muy bien ubicada.La vivienda es espaciosa y comoda para un maximo de 6 personas.La cocina exterior bastante bien (La interior,nunca la usamos).Hay algunas cosillas que se podrían mejorar,como ¥Los Colchones Don Jose...! y el Wi-fi. Dicho y aclarado estos pequeños peros.Los pro,que los hay y muchos. Tranquilidad,limpieza,comodidad y por supuesto el trato dispensado por Don Jose y Dña. Dulces. Teniamos papas,huevos y otras verduras asi como fresas de su huerta. No quiero terminar sin darles un fuerte abrazo,tanto a ellos como a Don Rafael,que se porto con nosotros maravillosamente. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten trotz schlechten Wetters einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus mit einem sehr netten Besitzer JosĂ©, der morgens in seinem HĂŒhnerstall und Feld gegenĂŒber arbeitet. Er spricht nur Spanisch, freut sich aber, mit seinen GĂ€sten zu sprechen, auch wenn ihr Spanisch bescheiden ist. Das Haus ist zwar mit zwei KĂŒchen und zwei BĂ€dern beschrieben, eine KĂŒche und ein Bad sind aber im Außenbereich. Es gibt daher kein Bad mit Toilette im 1. Stock bei den Schlafzimmern.

Sehr schönes Haus in super Lage auf dem Land, sehr ruhig gelegen und ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der uns stĂ€ndig mit frischen Eiern von seinen HĂŒhnern und eigenen Bananen versorgte. Trotz der Sprachbarriere haben wir uns sehr gut verstanden und uns vorzĂŒglich unterhalten. Wir durften auch von seinem selbst-gemachten Moscatel probieren. Es ist alles vorhanden was man fĂŒr einen Haushalt braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und wohnlich eingerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Unloved and basics adrift . Sad .

On arrival so much black mould under one sink in main house . The other sink in the annex had green mould on the crockery and a huge stagnent bowl of water not moved for months which stank . The pool was full of overgrown moss round the edge at the bottom and dirt over base of pool , again months of not cleaning . No upstairs toilet . We had asked on our enquiry form as our daughter has special needs .The stairs open plan and very steep . The lst set of bedding lovely the 2nd was plastic backed, very worn and bobbled old bedding impossible to sleep on in the heat . No fans .we had to ask for sunloungers . One there was broken and both filthy . The owner was said to be away till our 8th day . Jose ?? we think ..the owner arrived on 8th day blaming the cleaner . The sink problem was an on going leak not her fault . He cleaned the pool of most of the thick moss and slime but no one ever tested the water .The cleaner scrubbed under the sinks very well 8th day mind but the mould smell remained Though Jose was very friendly offering us eggs peppers home made sherry etc it did not make up for 8 days smelling mould in the house and no l was not going to touch it whilst it gave off unhealthy spores ! . The seating outside was filthy we had to use extra covers . The washer very temperamental.No water or refreshment on arrival. A good job we know the island well and bought supplies before we arrived .You would be lost without a car here ..its miles from anywhere . That said the property is beautiful if looked after properly . It needs attention to basics .An information package and keeping on top of basic jobs ie the constant sink leaks . The house bathroom is downstairs and the other said bathroom is really a cold shower room for after a swim .oh and a piece of timber dropped down off the upstairs balcony . And a window in its frame fell out on my bed . The pictures of the house look beautiful .. provincial french look but basics missing sadly

Séjour trÚs agréable dans une maison spacieuse et bien équipée

Une maison trÚs agréable (un peu fraßche en février) un grand espace extérieur qui permet de profiter du soleil) Pour les randonneurs la maison est idéalement située à moins d'une demi- heure de Arrecife et de l'aéroport de la ville historique de Teguise et aussi proche du parc naturel de Timanfaya qui permet de belles sorties faciles (notamment la randonnée sur le littoral à partie d'El Golfo. il faut néanmoins une voiture car el Islote est un hameau qui n'a pas de commerce et l'épicerie de Mozaga est à 3/4km. La maison est bien équipée et trÚs propre.Barbecue extérieur piscine et petite sdb dans la poolhouse), le propriétaire qui entretient son jardin à l'extérieur de la propriété nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et laissé tous les jours des fruits du jardin ! Un séjour trÚs agréable. François

Wunderschönes Haus, liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtet

Wir waren Ende Januar fĂŒr eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich phantastisch, alles Nötige ist da und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war es zu kalt um den Pool oder den Grill zu nutzen und wir haben auch nur in der KĂŒche im Haupthaus gekocht. Falls es uns wieder mal nach Lanzarote verschlĂ€gt ist dies unsere erste Adresse!

Entspannter Weihnachtsurlaub in tollem Ferienhaus

Wir haben ĂŒber Weihnachten und Silvester einen sehr entspannten Familienurlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Vielen Dank an Jose und Dulce, die uns in den 14 Tagen dabei immer herzlich begleitet haben. Selbst die zweistĂŒndige Wartezeit auf unsere verspĂ€tete Ankunft hat die gute Laune unseres Vermieters nicht beeintrĂ€chtigen können. Einziges Manko (an dem wir arbeiten mĂŒssen): wir verstehen kaum spanisch. Schade, denn Jose hatte viel zu erzĂ€hlen :-) Über die 14 Tage sind wir immer wieder mit frischen Produkten seiner kleinen Landwirtschaft bedacht worden - vielen vielen Dank! Das Haus liegt strategisch supergĂŒnstig in der Inselmitte, so dass alle touristischen Ziele der Insel schnell erreicht werden können. Wer Shopping und Unterhaltung sucht, ist hier natĂŒrlich falsch. DafĂŒr wird einem eine (bis auf das KrĂ€hen des Hahnes und Gackern der HĂŒhner) himmlische Ruhe geboten. Die Versorgung mit dem tĂ€glichen Bedarf ist mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch oder einer Fahrt ins nĂ€chste Dorf verbunden ... völlig problemlos. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hĂ€lt alles vor, was fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub erforderlich ist. Kochen kann man natĂŒrlich im Haus, fĂŒr die Dauer des Urlaubes haben wir immer die separate KĂŒche im Außenbereich genutzt, weil man so auch besser draußen (wind- und wettergeschĂŒtzt) essen konnte. Toll war auch der vorhandene Grill, der nicht nur zu Weihnachten fĂŒr ein festliches Barbecue genutzt wurde. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund des kalten Windes kaum nutzen, wĂ€re allerdings auch eine kleine Herausforderung gewesen, da doch sehr kalt. Nicht nur, als das Gas des Herdes plötzlich leer war, haben sich Jose und Dulce umgehend um eine Problemlösung gekĂŒmmert. Per "WhatÂŽs App" bestand stĂ€ndig und sehr netter Kontakt, den wir bisher so noch nicht erlebt haben. Auch die zusĂ€tzlich im Haus aufgestellten (Strom-)Heizungen zeigen das BemĂŒhen der beiden. Kleinigkeiten, die fehlten (z.B. Kaffeebecher, Schneidebrett) haben wir bei IKEA :-) gekauft, weil wir zumindest einen Teil dieser besonderen Behandlung zurĂŒckgeben wollten. Dieses Haus ist als Feriendomizil zu empfehlen, weil weder im Haus noch Drumherum WĂŒnsche offen bleiben. Dazu kam das fĂŒr uns unschlagbare Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten auf der Insel. Dieses Haus werden wir mit Sicherheit noch einmal nutzen !!!!

Tres belle maison / Very nice Villa

Nous avons passĂ© trois semaines de vacances au mois de mars 2016 dans la Villa El Islote. Le cadre est idyllique. La maison est grande, bien conçue et amĂ©nagĂ©e avec goĂ»t ; c'est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Le propriĂ©taire Jose`est extrĂȘmement sympathique. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location. We stayed three weeks in March 2016 in the Villa El Islote. The villa is very well equipped. During our stay we had very cold weather conditions for a couple of days and would have appreciated a heating facility. Despite of this everything was really consistent with our expectations and the description. The owner JoseÂŽwas of great help and assisted us in anything we needed. We spent great time here and we highly recommend this place.

Super trÚs agréable.

La description de la maison et ses facilitĂ©s collent aux photos. TrĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans le calme et la campagne de Lanzarote loin de l’effervescence des grands stations balnĂ©aires et tellement proche si on veut vraiment s'y plonger. Au centre de l'Ăźle accĂšs est aisĂ© et rapide Ă  tous les sites dont ceux de Manrique. Chouette semaine et la tĂȘte pleine de souvenir.
