'Voor een airport hotel prima, maar niets speciaals '

'The hotel was nice and clean. Also very convenient to get to and from LGA as well as the subway. We had an early morning to catch a flight at 6am. The radiator in the room made a thumping noise in the few hours we had to sleep. We turned the heat offF but it didn’t stop the noise. Made the little sleep we planned to get impossible'

'They were amazing! Our plane was delayed 3 hours but they still had the shuttle ready for us, and the staff was understanding and helpful.'

'So disappointing to find out that the shuttle was completely useless to us. They only drop off to some locations some times. There is definitely a lack of communication on that. We had to pay an uber every time. Disappointed! We did better staying in Manhattan and riding the bus to the Corona Park area.'

'It was an interesting stay. The staff was great, just confusing with the elevators to hotel room. I hated the bathroom setup which gave no privacy but the overall room was nice. Fine for a pass through in any with convenience in location but probably would not stay more than a night or two.'

'I found this hotel to be better for my tastes and needs than another one I was in the night before. However, they advertise "free breakfast," but all they had was coffee and tea, and a microwave. All in all, I would stay there again. Staff were kind and friendly.'

'Breakfast was very disappointing for western customs. rice, egg, toasted bread and a croissant. usually was already out. every morning after that but mc.Donalds had breakfast'

'First got put in the wrong room and asked to move. Next room someone from another room entered out room on accident using the code given to them. I asked the front desk to change our code and they were very defensive that anyone could enter our room. Walls are paper thin and up most of the night from hearing people talking. Walls were dirty and sheets had a big stain.'

'The cleaning staff were amazing, the air conditioning was great. There are plenty of fast food places close by and a target to shop for necessities. The front desk clerks were there often communicating wasn’t the best but overall it was a good experience the bed itself seems to be not so clean as well as the pillows the view is amazing though.'
