'This is a lovely small boutique hotel ,with fantastic staff and clean comfortable facilities. It is within easy walking distance to the university area going uphill( 3 or 4 minutes) and the lake and city center going downhill.( 15 or 20 minutes) . Great town with lots to do, highly recommend. The owner helped me a lot with getting the elevator company there asap. Only thing that could improve is the ringing of the elevator. You can here it on all levels through the building. 'The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had. It was off season so we got a good deal on the Presidential suite... the suite covers an ENTIRE floor with balconies on two sides. It has two complete separate bedrooms and a shared sitting area. The second bathroom is out in the hallway. It was VERY nice for our family. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance on the same street, and easy to take Grab to tourist areas, most not far away. I recommend staying here.'
