« I'm only giving it 3 stars because the accommodation was not how I understood it to be. The accommodation is clean and modern and the host very welcoming.Due to the wording in the description, I thought I was staying in an apartment within a townhouse that consisted of the bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one of which was not en-suite so was shared among us), kitchen, balcony and parking.The description of the host being a welcoming family with a dog, I thought was the simply part of the hosts profile....

« Totally and completely misrepresented by this listing. Both sofa beds are broken and cannot be used as beds. The host was slow to respond and did not offer any solutions in terms of getting a cot or air bed in, despite our booking being for a party of 3. The listing says it can sleep six which is an outright lie. There were holes in the couch and cabinets damaged. Window blinds are all broken and windows get stuck. Only up side is the location »

« Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...

"Séjour agréable à quelques pas seulement du cœur de Brighton. Le restaurant/salle de petit déjeuner offre une vue parfaite sur le front de mer, le repas était de très bonne qualité pour ne rien gâcher. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, rien ne manquait. Seul regret sur le parking complet à notre arrivée, il faut aller se garer au parking souterrain à 5 min à pied. "
