Beach Break - Family Accommodation with Ocean Views

This well presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home is located 1 minute walk to the north end beach of Lancelin. This is the ideal spot for a family getaway with calm waters for the children to play and around the corner from the famous Lancelin Sand Dunes. After a long day at the beach or dunes come back and relax or BBQ on the spacious balcony while taking in the views and watching the most magnificent sunset.

Other features of this property include enough room to park the boat, dishwasher and gas BBQ.
No Air conditioning, free standing fans only.
NO WIFI
Not pet friendly.

This property strictly sleeps 6.This property will only suit 4 adults and 2 children so please keep this in mind when booking. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property. Sorry No Pets.

Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made. No school leavers or under 25 adult groups.

Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels - Linen hire available on request.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognised venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.

A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

We had a lovely stay and really appreciated how family-friendly this holiday house is. It’s a great option if you’re travelling with kids, with plenty of space and practical amenities that made the stay easy and comfortable. While some of the amenities are a little run down and could benefit from a refresh, everything we needed was there and functional. Overall, it was a relaxed, welcoming place to stay.

Very relaxing

It was a fantastic weekend away, really enjoyed staying at this property and had amazing views and comfortable beds! The only let downs were no Wi-Fi and you have to pay $20 extra for 1 fitted sheet per bed! That was a bit ludicrous! But all in all a great place to stay and I’d definitely come back 😊

The place was good, though in need of some basic maintenance. BBQ was filthy and didn't work properly. Got caught up in a power blackout that lasted for ~24 hours, there was a torch with no batteries! Lucky we bought a camping lantern! Kids loved it adults not so much!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No necessities were provided at all. The property needs improvement. Outdated furniture with dirty covers. At least instant coffee or sugar should be in the house. Had to wash all our clothes because we had to sit down on dirty covers, felt gross. Paying over $700 for 2 nights and had to drive to the local IGA to buy a coffee, body wash, shampoo and conditioner was ridiculous. Also, No Wi-Fi, what century are we living. When we called the management team regarding the wifi we were told to tell our 12 year old daughter to lie about wifi as we should say “Due to 5G, the property had no wifi”.

Holiday home from home

Good facilities which we used as a take off point for day trips to Cervantes, Jurien Bay and New Norcia. Great food at nearby taverns.
