The house dates back to the 17th century and was renovated with great attention to detail and original building elements by the owners, who live in the other semi-detached house. The natural plot, of which 100 square meters are available for your exclusive use, also offers you a private pool with loungers and parasols. The beautifully landscaped entrance area impresses with a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves as far as Vinci. Activities nearby: If you would like to get to know Italian cuisine, you can take part in a cooking course. This lasts around 2 hours and includes a 3-course menu including wine and water, EUR 50 (up to 3 people) (from 4 people EUR 10 per person), please register when booking. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs are allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Access is via an unpaved road.
