🏡 This single-storey house, ideal for quiet stays, offers you many assets. Enjoy a large outdoor parking lot, a pretty green garden with 2 deckchairs to read 📖 and relax and a petanque court for moments of fun and relaxation (petanque balls available) + Molkky and Badmington 🏸 game

🍽 For your meals, you can enjoy convivial moments in a beautiful shaded area, under the imposing lime tree 🌳 that dominates our garden, perfect for meeting around a table and sharing unforgettable moments with family or friends.

As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed (140 cm), as well as a dining area that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. All under a splendid cathedral ceiling that gives a feeling of space and brightness, in a modern and elegant atmosphere.

🚿 You will also find a first bathroom with a walk-in shower, a practical linen area with washing machine, drying rack and separate toilets.

The house has two spacious bedrooms:

🔸️The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm), a wardrobe and a desk, ideal for working or relaxing.
🔸️The master suite, even larger, has a bed (160 cm), a private bathroom with walk-in shower, direct access to a terrace, as well as an office space and a wardrobe.

For more comfort, reversible air conditioning ❄️ is available in all rooms.

💧Finally, a wellness area awaits you with a Spa Jacuzzi that can accommodate 5 to 6 people, as well as a second intimate and cocooning terrace, with an outdoor lounge, perfect for moments of relaxation out of sight.

🗝 A key box will be at your disposal on your arrival/departure, but we will be happy to welcome you on the day of your arrival and remain available throughout your stay.

In order to guarantee an always impeccable welcome, we ensure the complete cleaning of the cottage between each reservation. 🧹🧹 Our package also includes the provision and laundry of sheets and towels for all travelers.
Everything is ready for you to enjoy your stay to the fullest! ✨️

Bed linen and towels are provided, and bathrobes for the SPA are available at an additional cost on request. You will also find tea and coffee (1 pod per person) to start your stay off right. All you have to do is put down your suitcases and relax in our cocooning house.
