'We were on a house hunting trip so stayed 8 days. The property is in disrepair. We were not there except to sleep so ok to put up with. We never heard a vacuum and hallways were filthy. Room was ok drares on dresser would not stay closed and bedding was torn. Property was ok for the cost but really needs serious maintenance and more attention to thorough cleaning. Breakfast was ok although no variety. Same rubber eggs and inedible sausage every day. Yogurt, cold cereal and breads were the...

'The staff was nice and professional and the room was clean and orderly. It's located in a nice part of town with lots of restaurants nearby. The only thing I would change was the bed and pillows as they were too soft for my liking.'

'Everything went well with our stay & good breakfast'

'Reasonable.'

'My husband and I were visiting Kansas City for the first time to catch the Kansas City Chiefs game for the first time as well. Searching the internet for a place to stay can be overwhelming. I chose the Unity Village and everything about the place was absolutely lovely. Our room, was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a nice bonus. At the end of the day, The Cafe staff and customers were very friendly and fun. Above and beyond our expectations! I am...

'Zeer ruime kamer, sfeervol hotel, mooie vijver als tuin, goed ontbijt'

Carpets are torn and nasty, paint on the walls don’t match, holes and spackle , tub was creaking when in use, headboards with horrible scary stains, beds and pillows were old and unable. People smoking on the 3rd floor rooms, towels were rough and thin. Moldy caulking , dirty vents and broken ptac machines. Breakfast was good. Kids loud and running around with out parents...

'Clean room and property was overall nice.'

'It was under construction so you kinda have to give them a break. It looked like it was well on its way to looking normal and being fully functional. TV didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t close. They’ll get those fixed'

'100% nicer than the Hampton down the street'
