Spahotels in Lake Tahoe

'During our stay, our first room had an insect problem, and we were bitten while staying in it. The staff responded courteously and moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the replacement room had serious problems of its own: the lighting did not work properly, leaving the room very dark, and the electrical outlet directly next to the bed was visibly burned. Because of these conditions, we will not be returning to this place.'

'Location is great. Property is a little quirky. Rooms are fine, my only complaint is the bathroom. Sink with hardly any space to leave toiletries, and a very plastic showercurtain. Staff was welcoming on arrival. '

'Hele mooie omgeving. Gratis parkeren. Zwembad gesloten wegens onderhoud.

'This is a beautiful property and breathtaking setting. Nestled up against the mountain, nature is up close. You can even see the High Camp tram from the property. The building encloses on three sides a beautiful park/courtyard with paved walkways, mature trees, and various seating, outdoor games and recreational features, including a swimming pool and three hot tubs. The Olympics history is also seen and felt. The Tyrolian-style building was built as lodging for the 1960 Olympics athletes, and...

'Hyatt exceeded our expectations! They even let us borrow snowshoes and hiking poles to take on our day trip to chickadee Ridge at no cost! The restaurant food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Provided complimentary champagne when we arrived and water bottles to take on our hike.'

'Very attentive staff'

'Location'

'The staff was super friendly, very accommodating, old-fashioned nostalgic, feel comfortable bed decent bathroom and I love that it’s all downstairs. Location is awesome. I WILL BE BACK'
