You will love this new 4,000 square foot custom built vacation home, which sits on one acre lake view lot with forest park land all around it. The views are from all sides of the house and are truly breathtaking. The house is just around the corner from the Nevada side of Heavenly Valley Ski Resort and just 5 minutes up the hill from the exciting South Lake Tahoe casinos. A Fine dining restaurant ' The Chart House is also closely located half way down the hill before the casinos for that special dining occasion or just plain casual relaxation. This home has it all! A large living room is open to a gourmet kitchen. This large entertainment area also have a pool table, a large wood burning fireplace, , and an entertainment center complete with digital cable, surround sound, and a DVD player. The house is also equipped with wireless broadband Internet access. You will truly enjoy the over-sized wrap-around decks off the main entertainment area and master bedroom which both have lake views.

In the master bedroom is its own get way with its own fireplace, a spa tub, an entertainment center, and its own private deck. There is another secluded deck with a large Jacuzzi tub and great view of the hillside and night time lights and a nice place to relax after a fun day of skiing or scenic hiking. The extra large basement is a great place for the kids to getaway and/or extra guests. It fells like its own apartment. For those who can appreciate the spectacular vistas of the Tahoe Mountains and Lake Tahoe all within the comfort of a large luxury home. You will love this owner built get-a-way.

Family Trip 2026; this is our second time at this beautiful house, and it did not disappoint. Awesome location, close to ski lifts, hot tub, lots of room for our family of 14. We made tons of family memories. Can't wait until next year!

This was my 16th time hosting an annual ski trip for a group of close friends. We all agreed this house was "stocked" better than any other, especially in the kitchen where we cooked a lot of meals. We all like to have our own bedrooms so having 7 separate sleeping areas was a HUGE feature and all of them were nicely decorated and close to a bathroom. The location of this house s is incredibly convenient to skiing at Heavenly on the NV side. And even with over 6' of snow in 3 days the roads were never a concern as snow removal was on an industrial scale we'd never seen before. Finally our hosts were incredibly responsive before and during our stay. Five stars!
8am on the morning after the big dump and driveway and roads were clear. Wow!

This stay exceeded all expectations! We traveled as a bachelor group and this VRBO was ideal. Tons of space, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked setup for relaxing. Still debating in my head whether the best part was the main kitchen/living room with the pool table or the perfect hot tub and patio views. Overall, 10/10! Great host, great location. We had a great stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking and all our household needs. Kids enjoyed snow. The trees covered with snow and the lake view is picturesque. The location is beautiful and close to everything, which made our trip even better.We did run into a small electrical issue, but thankfully we have guys that are handy and the host was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Thank you!

The cabin was gorgeous with beautiful views from the multiple decks. It felt spacious for our group of 11 adults and loved the large kitchen, living room space when we all wanted to be together. We really enjoyed our stay. House was as advertised. Would recommend to list more on infant/young child things available. There were plenty of gates available for stairs and other places. Also Pack&Play & high chair was available. I may have missed some of these things in the house info, but we packed several things that we did not need. We would definitely highly consider this place again if headed to this area.

This house is conveniently located within an easy drive to South Lake Tahoe and has beautiful views across the street toward the lake and into mountainside out the back. The kitchen was well equipped - some of the better pots/pans/dishes I've experienced in rental houses. A couple of us enjoyed the hot tub, the grill worked great, and the house was clean. It wasn't a problem at all for our group but do note that there are many stairs inside and out, which might be challenging for folks with mobility issues (kitchen and living area is on the top floor.) We'd recommend this house to others.

Family Gathering

This was a perfect gathering house to experience the beauty of Lake Tahoe with our children and grandchildren from around the country. We loved the views of the lake and trees from all of the windows. The pool table was a hit and the main floor was a great gathering space for our large group. The kitchen had everything anyone could need for cooking. The beds were great and even the towels were luxurious. The hot tub was another added bonus to soothe tired muscles after hiking. Beautiful place.

Fabulous Stay!!

House was perfect for our multi-generation family vacation!! Living space and bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. The living room and kitchen are on the top floor, so you definitely get your exercise in climbing stairs.
