« Pratique avec piscine »

« The hotel itself was great. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. I was glad to see the security camera sign in the parking lot. The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case. »

In their description they do not specify that the refundable deposit must be with cash and I drove 3 hours with my baby to lose my money in this place. 0 recommended. They didn't refund my money although the fault is theirs for not having availability to receive card payments. And it's good that I didn't stay with my baby in this horrible place. « un hotel qui remplit son objectif. On y est pour la proximité de l'aéroport et c'est là le but principal. Le petit déjeuner est symbolique mais l'accueil est bon et les chambres fournies sont de facture correcte; même la wifi est très bonne. Que désirer de plus! »

« Extremely dirty, didn’t provide WiFi info, tv didn’t work, bedding stained, curtains wouldn’t shut. Literally would never stay there again, only had to because of my unique situation, thank goodness it was only two days. Also staff was awful, unhelpful, stared at you, and made things do uncomfortable. -1/10 »

« L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »

« The staff located the wrong order for our stay and kept calling us the wrong name. She can not location our payment neither. Expedia agent has reaching out them but no one answer the phone. I have tried to connect with the front desk as well, nobody answer the phone. »

« Staff was great. Unfortunately the room was SO loud…. It’s not a good sign when the room comes with earplugs.. and unfortunately they were no matched for the very loud mechanical elevator noise. It was a very poor night sleep. »
