A second workstation near the living area adds flexibility, making this condo a great choice for both relaxation and remote work.

Located in Lake Ozark at the 12mm, you're minutes from top attractions on and off the water. Enjoy shopping at the Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace or explore boutiques in Lake Ozark. Dine at lakeside favorites like Baxter's Lakeside Grille or JB Hook's. Live music, boat rentals, and lakeside bars keep the evenings lively. Tee off at nearby The Ridge, The Cove, or Osage National Golf Club, all within a short drive.

• No grill on-site
• Community fire pit area is available for guest use, wood is not provided
• Condo is located on the 4th floor (one floor up from the parking) and does not have an elevator
• All roads are paved for easy access, though roads may become difficult during winter weather
• Responsible gatherings are welcome – no loud parties
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends
• Parking is available outside the condo unit and parking passes are not required.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• One small pet of less than 40lbs is allowed at Soul Star Sunset
• A Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
