A jump platform, paddleboat, water mat, and kayaks are all waiting to provide you and the family with hours of water-themed fun. The spacious dock provides shaded seating along with its own refrigerator, so you don’t have to go far for a snack or refreshing beverage. If you’re bringing your own boat along, storage is a literal breeze in the private, 14x40 boat slip. The home is just minutes from scenic Bagnell Dam and the strip offering a variety of food and drink options along with a fun atmosphere that only living on the lake can provide. If you want to leave the car or boat behind in search of a great meal, however, you’ll find 2 restaurants within a mile of your front door. The golfers in your crew will delight at the availability of challenging local courses such as the Lodge of Four Seasons, 6 minutes away, and offering a spa and restaurant for post-round enjoyment.

Plentiful private spaces allow you to unwind at your leisure, paired wonderfully with common areas designed for gathering and entertainment. Relax in the living room on the plush sofa seating while you stream a movie or your favorite show on the mounted smart TV or host a family game night courtesy of the provided board games. The open floor plan leads you into the modern kitchen, showcasing stone countertops and backsplash along with ample cabinetry storing all the cookware and dining ware needed for whipping up delicious family-style meals. Enjoy casual bites at the island with seating for 2 or take formal meals at the dining room table with seating for 6. If you prefer to dine al fresco, seating for 4 can be found right outside through the sliding glass doors and onto the patio.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and deck access.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds and deck access.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed along with an additional freestanding queen bed.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo, and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles, with overflow for 3 additional vehicles in the private parking lot.
• This home has a steep driveway. Guests are asked to use caution.
• The boat slip is available for guest use for the duration of your stay. Please note that the boat slip is use at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat while tied up on the dock.
• This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell on the front door and the back sliding door. The camera at the side door is directed at the driveway and the fourth camera is on the dock directed at the boat.
• Bachelor and bachelorette gatherings are welcome! We just ask that guest respect the house and neighbors and follow the quiet time hours.
