- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund***
- Bookings canceled between 7 and 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund***
- Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund.
- Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
- On channels where Empty Spaces is the merchant of record and remits lodging taxes, the total rent will include all applicable state and local taxes, which may change at any time. Any tax increases after booking will be added to the guest's final invoice.
- Enhanced cleaning with EPA approved cleaning products
- We require an email address, phone number, mailing address, and signed contract for all reservations
- Renters must be 25 at the time of booking. Renters under 25 must be pre-approved and are subject to the collection of a $750 security deposit.
- Same-day bookings require a 4-hour notice prior to check-in. Please confirm availability before booking
- Because of enhanced cleaning, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available
- *Pool can be heated for an additional fee, with a 3 consecutive day minimum.
- To ensure our guests' legal compliance with Lake Havasu City code § 9.30.050 and our no parties policy, the backyard area has a noise sensor installed to monitor ambient noise levels between 45-85dB. Please be advised that this device does not record sounds, but rather monitors ambient noise levels in the backyard and will notify us if legal sound levels are exceeded.
- This home is pet-friendly (must be pre-approved). Up to 2 dogs are permitted and a pet fee is required.
