A cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Lake Havasu City with a pool, spa, and fire pit in the backyard offers a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

POOL HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount
>If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $15/day for spa heating
>If the stay exceeds 30 days the pool and spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what is charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file)

PETS

>Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.. must be picked up after.. must be accompanied at all times

DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays)

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
