Nice home in a neighborhood that is walking distance to a lot of the action in Lake Havasu. Terry cares a lot about his place and there were a few items that needed some work. Overall nice home and Terry (Owner) is easy to get a hold of and wanted us to have the best experience.

Terry was very nice and accommodation. This property was perfect for a family or people with 8 guests. Everyone had a bed. The pool table was a great extra and the guys had fun playing. The pool and jacuzzi are great for relaxing and especially great when we got back from the lake. Plenty of parking for our boat/trailer. Very close to the grocery store and boat launches. Spring Break

House was spacious and accommodated all 10 of us with space to spare! The pool was perfect and hot tub was great. We played pool and had bbqs. The location was centrally located and was close to the lake and London Bridge and shopping as well. My mom said it had a good “vibe” there. We had everything we needed and Terry was a great communicator. We will definitely go there again!!

Great home with wonderful host!

I went to Lake Havasu City with a few friends to visit our friends who live there. We stayed in this home and it was wonderful! Even before we arrived, Terry was very communicative and accommodating. He wanted to ensure we had a good stay, and we absolutely did! The house is lovely, was clean and well-appointed. We loved the pool and hot tub! It was a great location and close to our friends. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Our group was very happy with our stay. Terry was a great host and was very quick to reply to all questions and concerns. I understand that the agreement Terry requires you to sign can seem daunting and over the top, I understand why he asks this of his guests to protect his property. This property is in wonderful condition and he does not ask too much of the guests. I give this place a 5 star for cleanliness, centrally located (super close to the London bridge). Highly recommend staying here!

Our family vacations to Lake Havasu a few times every year from San Diego. This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home is clean, nice pool, and jacuzzi. Terry was great to work with. Very easy check in and not time consuming at all. His customer service is as professional as it could be in an era where good customer service is too often forgotten about. Short walk to Main Street with restaurants and bars, house needs small updates but clean and comfortable except 4th small room had a pull out uncomfortable mattress that after talking to Terry said he was going to be replaced. A nice upgrade would be a Keyless entry lock.. Overall great place to stay..

A Great Getaway!

Super clean, and one of the best stocked properties we’ve stayed in with a perfect location close to everything. Communication with the Host was very responsive and helpful. The house had plenty of room for all of us and everyone enjoyed their stay. The pool and spa where our favorite and they got plenty of use! We will definitely consider staying here again.

This was a great location, close to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, library, & the Bridge.

The pool and gated back yard were such a blessing along with the garage. We did play billiards and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. It was a great space for 6 adults and three small children. It was great to have the ability to do laundry. Do note that it is an older home and things are showing wear and tear. If bed size is important to you also note there is a king bed but the other two rooms are doubles not queens as listed. Terry responded quickly to all questions and his list of things to do around Lake Havasu was very much appreciated.
