Together, Anchor & Oak comfortably sleep up to 7 guests — 3 in Oak and 4 in Anchor — featuring a total of 4 bed/ 2 baths.



About the Cabins:



Anchor Cabin captures the lake’s light, airy feel with soft coastal tones and modern design. It includes:

✺ 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower

✺ Full kitchen with dining for 4

✺ Coffee Bar with Keurig, Espresso, Pour-Over, and French Press

✺ Electric fireplace, Smart TV, and board games

✺ Private porch, grill, and fire pit area

✺ Beach Essentials provided: beach chairs, an umbrella, drink holders, and sand toys. Please note: beach towels are NOT provided.



Oak Cabin offers a cozy, moody atmosphere with rich wood accents and lush greenery throughout. It includes:

✺ 1 queen bed and 1 full bed (sleeps 3)

✺ 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower

✺ Kitchenette with 2-burner cooktop, fridge, dishwasher µwave

✺ Coffee Bar with Keurig, Espresso, Pour-Over, and French Press

Age Requirement:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the duration of the stay.



Pets:

While we love animals, this property is strictly pet-free to maintain an allergy-friendly environment for all guests.



Security Deposit & Rental Agreement:

After booking, you’ll receive a notification to complete our rental agreement and security deposit hold through our trusted, API-connected management system, OwnerRez. Both steps are required to confirm the terms and conditions of your stay.



The security deposit is a hold on your card, not a charge. It’s placed two days before check-in and automatically released five days after check-out, provided no damage occurs.



Security Notice:

For guest safety and property protection, there is one outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway and exterior entrances only. There are no cameras inside or in any private outdoor areas.
