There is something here for everyone in your family. You are a short walk from the lake and the local bars and restaurants. It's a great place to take your fur babies out for a stroll.
The lake is great for fishing, boating and swimming so don't forget to pack your bathing suit and head to the sandy beach and boat launch located 1/2 block from the house. You're welcome to park your boat in the driveway.
Our house is cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated with lots of natural sunlight. Enjoy your home away from home with hardwood floors throughout.
2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and top of the line pillow top mattress for a good night sleep Zzzzzzzzzzz. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the linen closet. 1 full bathroom. 42'' plasma TV in the great room, and both bedrooms are equipped with flat screens as well.
The kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary accessories to whip up a fantastic meal. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the newly built deck and cook on the gas BBQ grill for a delightful outdoor dining experience.
If you're looking to do some shopping, take a 10 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva and there are many restaurants to choose from. The area also boasts ziplining, hot air balloon, local summer concerts, magic shows, horseback riding, and boat cruises. So treat yourself and your family, bring your pooch too! Our 1/3 acre yard is fully fenced and equipped with a brand new Rainbow play center for all to enjoy. Take your best shot at our adjustable basketball hoop. There are bikes, yard games, and beach toys in the shed for your enjoyment.
During the winter months, enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, ice skating, sledding, and cross country skiing. The Grand Geneva ski resort is a 15 minute drive. Alpine Valley Ski Resort is about a 25 minute drive.
