In Regard to COVID 19
We are open and honoring Reservations.
We are an essential business and will continue to remain open unless further restrictions will not allow us to do so. We have no lobby or public gathering area that would otherwise need to be closed. Social distancing is no problem as each cabin is private and secluded from one another and you as an individual family have no contact with others on the premise if you choose. The Cabins have been disinfected with numerous products. You are also welcomed to bring any disinfectant product of your own

Outdoor activity is allowed and paramount to our health. Getting out into nature to breath the fresh air and listen to the spring songbirds is refreshing and healing. And as mentioned, social distancing is no problem in our rural setting.

Geneva. 1500 feet from the Lake front! We are part of the Harbor View Motel/Cabins property in Williams Bay, while these Cabins share a roof top with each other, they are separate from one another, so no common walls.
Our shared wooded, spacious grounds, picnic tables, deck,

This was a lovely cabin for our weekend stay. Our host, Jim, was so kind! We felt comfortable and safe having our dog there. The cabin itself was clean and cozy. Definitely plan on returning for another trip!

Great location, quiet, very comfortable. Only bedroom had air conditioning with a ceiling fan. Kitchen and living area just had a ceiling fan, it was 90 and humid outside when we stayed, so it was a little uncomfortable in those areas,. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee, would’ve been nice to have couple small packages of coffee in the morning.

Could’ve been nicer…

Jim was great with communication and meeting up with us, top notch. Where I think he could’ve done better was the cleanliness of the place. The floors had dead ants and dead flying ants all over the bedroom, like they just sprayed. The rooms smell of mildew, could use some damp rid. I’m not going to pick it apart, just thought there was some room for improvement, that’s all!

Will definitely stay again!

Awesome price, place, location, and host! Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better time. The cabin was the perfect amount of space for myself and my partner plus our dog (who LOVED the yard). Location was a huge convenience - easy access to the beach/water as well as Main St. Also the little grocery store you pass as you enter the property had anything we would need for our trip. I will definitely be staying again. Thanks Jim!

This is a old hotel. Individual cabin type pretty clean did find a dirty wash cloth in the shower some cobwebs but that didn't bother me. Room had everything you needed for your stay except air-conditioning. The AC was a 8000 btu portable unit would not cool the unit had to close the bedroom door to cool just that room. Possibly would suggest in the future to turn it on sooner before guests arrive to get the humidity out and cool the place down.

We stayed for a weekend trip and honestly had no real complaints. Jim was very friendly and responsive. Check in and out was super simple. The room was clean and everything worked. The only thing I would say is that you can hear noise right outside your doors and windows (but that's to be expected) and I wish the window coverings blocked more light or 100% covered the windows. Overall great stay for the price.

Great host, low quality/unpleasant stay. Wish we had gotten an actual hotel.

The host is very kind and was very pleasant to talk to. However, only 5 min after checking in we ran into our first issue. I stepped in a puddle of toilet water. The bathroom is VERY tight. You cannot open the door all the way and when sitting on the toilet your knees basically touch the sink. Very awkward space to do anything in and makes getting ready unenjoyable. The shower water barely got warm which was very frustrating after a long day and wanting some hot water. The water faucet squeals when on the hottest setting and it is the most aggravating thing to listen to both when in the shower and while someone else is in the shower. To my utter DISGUST we found a USED soap bar left in the shower. And very strangely there was no trashcan in the bathroom. That was one of the most inconvenient things I've ever experienced during a stay before. Every time I had to throw some item away while getting ready I had to walk over to the kitchen. A trashcan is cheap. An investment that should be a given. After a very long first day, as I laid my head down on the pillowcase I noticed a stain. It looked like it was from blood. Very disgusting and there were no extra pillows. There were also stains on the bathroom towels and lampshade. Oh, not to mention we found a DEAD bug in the sheets! The couch is fabric and VERY stained. You could only sit there wondering what they were from. So much disgust during our stay. There were spiderwebs in the corners of the doors, ceilings, and under the picture frames. My husband ACTUALLY killed over 12 spiders. It was truly DISTURBING. All the dishes were stored under the sink? Which is honestly a horrible practice because guess what- they were all filled with dust and we had to wash anything before use. We also found OLD food in the sink trap. The ceiling fans had dust and grease on them. Honestly, anywhere you looked you saw dirt and something gross... The floors did not appear to be mopped or vacuumed, and if they were it was VERY poorly done. The silicone around the bottom of the toilet was yellow and brown and made me want to throw up when looking at it.Functionality of bedroom was also poor. Everything is smushed in and I hit my leg multiple times on the bed frame. The decor is outdated and doesn't match. There isn't much care for an aesthetic. The bed side tables were disgusting and old. The air conditioning unit was a hassle. Not worth the price, motel 6 quality.
