« This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hôtels like that. »

« The staff were professional and engaging. The standard rooms were spacious, large, clean and comfortable. There is a food court nearby and it is walking distance to the CBD and also to shopping centres like Fife Avenue Shops. I would happily stay there again. Secure parking inside a gated complex makes it very safe. »

« Pleasantly surprised by property, beautiful landscaping is breathtaking when you walk in. Breakfast in the morning is great. But probably better if they found a way to keep it warm. There is a microwave to you can nuke it if you need to. Staff was helpful and very responsive to requests. Great stay. We extended and it wasn’t any trouble . »

« Hôtel très bien situé, ils ont répondu à mes courriels pour les transports, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Ils m’ont référé le nom d’un chauffeur sécuritaire pour la visite du Great Zimbabwe et les peintures rupestres de Domboshawa. L’hôtel est situé entre deux magnifiques parcs. »
